GEPPI’S IDENTITY
This identity suite was created as a redesign of the original identity for the Geppi’s Entertainment Museum. It includes a new logo as well as a new stationary package consisting of a letterhead and business cards.
The vast comic book collection and memorabilia housed within the museum inspired the design for each piece in this identity suite. The logo design mimics the boldness, three-dimensionality, and vividness of traditional comic book headings. The stationary, printed on tan paper, includes a halftone background made up of a collage of various comic book images. All of this was done to create the illusion of an actual comic book.
GEPPI’S SUPERCON INVITATION
This piece is a mock invitation design for a comic book convention that would be held at Geppi’s Entertainment Museum. For this piece, I decided that I would create the invitation based around comic book superheroes. It would feature a guest appearance from the original Batman, Adam West and the design for the invitation would revolve around this concept. This invitation includes the envelope for the actual invitation, the invitation itself, the pocket to hold the invitation, the response form, and the envelope for the response form.
